The Challenge:

The Priory have a varied portfolio of buildings, ranging from Grade 1 and Grade 2 listed to modern day builds, and with patient care at the heart of their service provision, it is paramount they regulate temperatures in patient spaces, therapy rooms and drug stores. Ensuring a constant supply of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning/handling across all sites and reliably generating hot water – in accordance with their regulatory Care Quality Commission (CQC).

From Reactive to Proactive

Over the last 5 years we have helped shift The Priory Group from reactive (with regular emergency 24/7 callouts for boiler failure, loss of hot water or ventilation) to proactive (a planned and controlled schedule of repairs and maintenance to ease downtime) in various buildings, from their small care facility to their flagship Priory Hospital, Roehampton in London. Mindful that in every site, patient and staff comfort, care and consideration is their ultimate priority.
