Despite the ongoing challenges of 2020, as a business, FORTH® continues to go from strength to strength. This year sees our relocation to a marvellous new HQ at Sleepy Hollow, Ampfield. Our team has continued to grow and we’ve recently welcomed our 50th team member. We’ve continued to perform strongly and achieve business growth during 2021.
We’re based near Romsey in the heart of Hampshire, but our reach takes us across the country.

Michael is a CIMA Accountant with over 15 years’ experience in the Building Services sector, including several operational roles. This blend of experience allows him to support and challenge the decision making of the business to ensure we continue to deliver excellence throughout.
Charlotte has a MSc in Human Resource Management and has extensive knowledge in a variety of HR disciplines, such as performance and reward, employee engagement, employee relations, training, and wellbeing. Her passion is to ensure employees feel valued and respected within an open, non-blame culture. Her approach ensures FORTH® can successfully manage people and performance to achieve its strategy and objectives.
With over 25 years of experience working in the Building Services Industry, Mark is a natural Business Leader, passionate about the customers lived experience, business strategy and employees, Mark embodies our company DNA. Committed to our future, he has the ability to drive the business forward and deliver our goals with a calm and steady hand. A great believer in people’s abilities, he enjoys being able to develop individuals and teams to keep them on the right track.
